According to MIBOR, first quarter housing numbers rose in Central Indiana while the industry continues to keep a watchful eye on inventory numbers. Listings, Units Sold and Prices all climbed at a healthy pace in the first part of 2016. New listings in Central Indiana increased 8.9% in March and 4.3% in Q1 2016 compared to the same quarter in 2015. Pending sales were up 16.5% for the month and 14.6% for the quarter. Prices continued to gain traction. Comparing March 2015 to March 2016, the Median Sales Price increased 6.3% to $148,750. Months Supply of Inventory remains at 3.8 months.
